Extra long table runner- About 6ft. 8in. and 14 inches wide. Demisions differ from runner to runner as it is handmade. This Batik table runner is made when hot wax is poured and scraped off of cloth.
Poppy and Loom products are all handmade. Hemp is home grown and hand loomed into fabric. Colors and patterns are hand dyed, batiked, and/or hand sewn. Hmong cloth is vintage and naturally and traditionally dyed causing some natural discoloration in fabric permanently.
Table Runner- Blue
The more you wash hemp, the softer it becomes. You may wear 3-4 times before washing. For blue indigo dyed hemp, wash separate in cold water or wash by hand. Do not mix with other whites or colors. If indigo bleeds, add a tbsp of salt to water solution to retain color. These pieces are naturally and traditionally dyed with the indigo plant, making it common for the color to bleed when washing.
